Applications procedure

The applications procedure may vary per country and per position. In general the first selection takes place on the basis of your resume and cover letter. If your qualifications match our requirements you will be invited for one or several job interviews with the appropriate manager and/or a Human Resources representative. In some cases an assessment center or skills testing may be part of the selection procedure. Applying for a job listed

If you want to apply for a job listed on our site, you can do so as follows:

• First make your selections to activate the ‘job vacancy filter’
• Then you select a job title, which will direct to the job description and the requirements. 
• If you want to apply, click on the ‘apply for this vacancy’ button. 
• Fill in the entry fields and attach your resume. Please include your motivation in the ‘your message’ field.
• If for any reason these proceedings do not work you can also email your resume and motivation statement to the e-mail contact as listed under ‘Contact details’ at the right side of the vacancy description. For starters positions or trainee programmes we also require your university grades. Upon receipt of your application we will contact you as soon as possible.

Applying for a traineeship

At ING Real Estate we offer different programmes for graduates. Do you want to explore your true passion in management or in a specific line of business? Commercially or in operations? Join one of the programmes for graduates. 

• Go to the job vacancy filter and select ‘Traineeships’ 
• Click on the ‘apply filter button. A list with available traineeships will appear. You can apply directly by clicking on the ‘apply for this vacancy’. Attach your resume and include a brief motivation and your educational grades in the entry field ‘your message’. Upon receipt of your application we will contact you as soon as possible.

Applying for an internship

Your education becomes valuable by adding internship experience. Are you graduating for a bachelor's or master's degree? And do you want to gain work experience or work on a graduate assignment in one of the largest real estate companies in the world. Then we invite you to apply for one of the available internships.

Open applications

For open applications, check the list of HR contacts and select the person to contact in your area. You could also register your details online on the ING Careers website.

When you register on the ING Career Website, you will be assigned a login name and password. You will have the opportunity to set up a profile that can be viewed by all ING recruiters who are attempting to match candidates with open positions.
